Katharina is an expert in Beauty with more than 10 years experience in Marketing and Sales. She is a passionate entrepreneur, business strategist, speaker and beauty trendscout. She worked with numerous beauty brands and categories from skincare to color cosmetics with teams and customers in 18 different countries across Europe. She steered functions from Business Development, Product- and Brand Management to Sales in the cosmetics industry as well as in retail. Paired with her intuition for innovative solutions, this know-how has made it natural for Katharina to understand what consumers need and to create international innovations and growth in Beauty.
