MeetWhat led you to found Go Beyond Why?
It started with an observation: the gap between what we know deep down is possible and the reality we find ourselves in. I saw it everywhere—in achieved ambitions that felt strangely empty, in extraordinary visions confined by conventional paths. These weren't simply stories of success or struggle, but of possibility waiting to break free from systems that no longer served us.
What does meaningful change require?
It requires precision, courage, and a willingness to look deeper than surface solutions. Fifteen years in change and transformation work— across corporates, ventures, and individuals— has shown me that sustainable change emerges when we align decisions with authentic truth. The key is recognizing how patterns manifest at every level, from business structures to personal dynamics, and creating the space for genuine evolution.
