I have restructured billion-dollar corporations in management consulting, built startups in venture development, and scaled a personal brand to almost €10M as CEO.
So I know this from the inside. I have been the person a founder hands the company to, and I know what that costs on both sides, what makes it work and where it breaks.
The founders I work with come to me with a speed problem. It should be further along by now, or it should feel easier than it does. What we usually find is that the business is only half of it. The rest sits in how the decisions get made, in what they are still holding, in the hire they keep postponing. And most of them have stopped enjoying the company they built long before they say it out loud.
That is why I founded Go Beyond Why. Strategy alone does not move a founder-led company, and neither does working on the founder alone. Both together does.
